Dr Marsha Cochrane

Hello and welcome. I’m Dr Marsha Cochrane and I am an HCPC registered clinical psychologist.

About Marsha

I am a HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist working in private practice and the NHS. I have 14 years’ experience of providing therapy to adults in primary and secondary care services. I specialise in helping people overcome a wide range of difficulties associated with anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, stress, and burnout.

Experience

I understand that the thought of therapy can be a little daunting. I am very experienced at providing a safe and comfortable place to talk and I will ensure you feel at ease. My therapeutic approach is honest and open, and I treat people with respect, warmth, and compassion. I offer an individualised assessment and therapy plan in line with your hopes and goals and I specialise in these evidence based therapies; CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing). As a Clinical Psychologist, I can also draw upon a wide range of therapeutic approaches to ensure you get the most appropriate support.
